| Comedian Gets His Master’s Degree at Harvard Today Posted: 27 May 2010 06:18 AM PDT  A special man named Jimmy Tingle is graduating from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard today. He’s 55 and a comedian (he was once a regular commentator on 60 Minutes) and is a popular entertainer here in Boston. The thing about Jimmy is he’s a local guy and very accessible. His comedy is mostly focused on the political. He once owned a theater in the Boston area and I used to see him there a lot, along with other good shows that he booked. Jimmy was selected to give the graduate student commencement oration today. Going back to school is not easy when you’re past, say, 23, but Jimmy did it. Congratulations, Jimmy!
