| Posted: 28 Dec 2010 11:40 AM PST So I decided a few months ago to get a new computer. But I had to take all that time to work up to the realization that I had to drop about $1,500 (I use Macs). So this week I decided to bite the bullet. I started taking stuff off my old computer and copying it and during this process I did a really dumb thing: I removed stuff from the hard drive that I shouldn’t have. So now my old computer is DEAD and I cannot revive it, and it still has some important stuff on it. So I went out and bought a new MacBook Pro (I am writing this post on it, and am already loving it!). But I still have to get my old computer fixed so I can retrieve the stuff I need off of it. DUH! |
