Today I will spread some good cheer.

My friend Christopher Hennessy will have his first book of poems published next year by Brooklyn Arts Press. He’s an amazing poet.

My friend Gail Dines has a written a book that is getting tons of attention. It’s on a subject that is very important to me. It’s called Pornland: How Porn Has Hijacked our Sexuality.

My friend Yani Batteau has a folk band and is getting lots of gigs in the Boston area.

Jan Gardner continues to opine on the very best books via her Boston Globe column Shelf Life.
