You can find most of the items you need at a thrift shop. Here is how I made the costume: black suspenders bright red button-down shirt corn cob pipe straw hat black pants black shoes fake beard Another easy costume is shriner. A shriner is a guy who is a member of the Shriners, a mostly fraternal organization that does charitable work. They have interesting rituals and wear strange hats. Here is the Shriners costume: polyester pants (a couple sizes too big) with stripes or other pattern jacket (a couple sizes too big) with a pattern that does not match the pants white dress shirt red fez with a black tassel giant cigar
