Counting My Blessings, and Yours Posted: 05 Oct 2010 11:41 AM PDT I get into complaining about my life sometimes. I am always convinced that things could be much better than they are right now. But I know people who have things much, much, much worse than I do. So I’m taking a public moment to say that I will stop complaining, at least for the next few days. Here’s why: I have a job I am healthy I am able-bodied I have good friends and acquaintances I have had phenomenal housemates I have enough money to keep a roof over my head and to enjoy life I have a car I have a great little dog I am not illiterate I was not born into poverty I have a blog that’s been a fun ride for the past four years I have a sense of humor And you? What are some of the good things in your life?
