Guns Do Not Belong in Civilized Society

What possible use do guns have in our society? If you want to get some target practice, buy a pea shooter. Guns are basically used to threaten, harm, and kill. I know that for some Americans the knee-jerk response to anti-gun sentiment is to quote the Second Amendment. Well, I’m not having it. Who’s with me?
