| Should We Worry? (the Global Disaster Edition) Posted: 05 Jan 2011 10:24 AM PST Should we worry that entire flocks of birds are falling out of the sky? Should we worry that Australian farmers have not been able to grow crops because of record high temperatures and droughts, and now are being flooded out? Should we worry that some island nations are beginning to pull up stakes because the water is rising all around them? Should we worry that more and more weather-related catastrophes (stronger tropical storms, etc.) are occurring? And something I’ve noticed for the past couple of years: Should we worry that, here in the Northeast, moths were still flying around up until a few weeks ago? |
