Many of them are baby boomers caring for an aging relative. With the U.S. Census Bureau predicting that growth in the 65-and-over demographic will outstrip the rest of the population -- in Florida it could account for almost 60 percent of the state's growth in the next two decades -- the number of those who need care is expected to skyrocket."
