They could even be something that was sent in by a reader of the Blog or a member of the Baby Boomer’s Forum. Enjoy! Deficit battle won’t cause fight between old and young by Mark Miller… The deficit batttle is going to affect us all, but maybe not in the way some of the politicians are portraying in their speeches and debates. I doubt it will end in an inter-generational war as they say is inevitable. This article explains pretty clearly the why this will probably not happen. Peace, Love and Social Security: Baby Boomers Retire to the Commune by Anna Spinner… So you think the days of the commune are long gone with our youth and idealisim? Not so, say some Baby Boomers who plan on retiring to some of the same communities that they helped build back in the ’60′s and ’70′s. Maybe it’s just in the genes or embedded in our brains, but communes are making a comeback. I hope you found this weeks choice(s) helpful and enjoyable. What did you think?
