| Monday Musings for Baby Boomers – P51 Mid-air Collision [Video] Posted: 01 Aug 2011 03:42 AM PDT  Smile! Monday has always been a little bit of a let down, what with it being the beginning of the work week and all. So to start things out on a bright note for the week, I bring you the… Baby Boomers Monday Musings.This is more sad than a Musing. When a legend called “The Big Beautiful Doll”, a vintage p51 of WWII fame, is involved in a mid-air collision at the Flying Legends Air show, the loss belomgs to all of us. Not to worry, the pilots from both planes survived. You can see the pilot from the P51 ejects right before the plane hits the ground. The other plane landed safely but damaged.
