Pop Culture: Talkin’ ’bout my (or sombody’s) generation by Dennis Volkert… Dennis is one of the tail end baby boomers, not knowing where he fits in the grand scheme of the generation wars. I guess he never realized there has been a name given to that cohort: Gen-Jones (I still don’t know where it came from though). Granny Snatching: Baby Boomers Want to Know Whether They Can Count on Medicare, Medicade, Social Security by Ron Winter… How can we understand where we stand with Medicare, Medicade and Social Security if even the people who were elected to office to represent us can’t even agree on the problems let alone the fixes for our future health and welfare?
