coffee cupEvery week I come across an article or two that I find very helpful to me as a Baby Boomer and think may be of some interest to you, the community, as well.

They may be from an online news source, another Blog or Website or something I found surfing around the Internet. They could even be something that was sent in by a reader of the Blog or a member of the Baby Boomer’s Forum.

Enjoy!

The True Cost of Your Bucket List by Anna Prior… I’m sure you remember the movie ‘The Bucket List’ with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman where they endeavour to do everything on their list of things to do before they die. Well, that may not be quite on the table for most of us. This is not a by the numbers/cost per type of thing, but a realistic look at where we stand on the possibility of fulfilling that dream ending.

Some Social Security questions by Lisa Beth Moore… Are there really STILL 77 Million Baby Bomers? That may have been how many were born after WWII, but I am pretty sure we’re no all still around. I know of more that a few of my classmates, neighborhood chums, and even some of the bullies from school that are either already dead or dying from some unforeseen ailment. Maybe the numbers are a little off?

I  hope you found this weeks choice(s) helpful and enjoyable. What did you think? Do you have any suggestions for next week?
