This Weeks Good Reads-Week Fifty-two Posted: 27 Aug 2010 04:19 AM PDT Every week I come across an article or two that I find very helpful to me as a Baby Boomer and think may be of some interest to you, the community, as well. They may be from an online news source, another Blog or Website or something I found surfing around the Internet. They could even be something that was sent in by a reader of the Blog or a member of the Baby Boomer’s Forum. Enjoy! Boomers aren’t spending – this is a suprise? by Susan Reimer… It seems that the economists are suprised that Baby Boomers aren’t spending to help the economy. They told us how bad things really are and now they wonder why we are holding onto what we have left over after the big crash they caused. Retirement “Luxuries”? Not for Baby Boomers by LoveBeingRetired… Boomers idea of what the basic necessities of live for our retirement years is much more than our parents “roof over our head” needs.
