IMF Chief Sounds Like a Garden-Variety Rapist

I am climbing back up on my soapbox today. Why does rape happen in our supposedly civilized world? Why can’t men keep to themselves?

I am sure you have heard about Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the vile head of the IMF who entrapped and sexually assaulted a woman who works as a chambermaid at the New York hotel where he recently stayed. Then he fled, like the coward that he is. Now, all we hear is hand-wringing about his future and how he screwed up his chance to be the next French president. Apparently this guy has a long history of bad behavior toward women, but it’s been hushed up. What gives?
