The pre-iPad from 1994 – Proof of Concept

Knight-Ridder, before they sold out to McClatchy, had a great idea of what the future of newspapers, books and magazines would become.

Here is a little video from 1994 that shows a working tablet (read iPad) long before Steve Jobs came out with his “brilliant” idea of an iPad… 17 years before!

This is so uncannily accurate, that it seems like something that Jules Verne would have included in “The Time Machine”.

It is a little long, but well worth watching just to confirm the fact that Apple and Steve Jobs are not the “gods” of innovation that the kids think they are.

I think the guy in the video is a Boomer, what do you think?
