This Weeks Good Reads-Week One Hundred-eleven Posted: 21 Oct 2011 03:46 AM PDT
They may be from an online news source, another Blog or Website or something I found surfing around the Internet. They could even be something that was sent in by a reader of the Blog or a member of the Baby Boomer’s Forum. Enjoy! Some baby boomers idealize childhood by Kim Hone-McMahan… Were all the things we remember from childhood really as idealic as we remember? Maybe not but they were sure having lots of fun even if we had to duck and cover from time to time. Not letting go: Companies hang on to their baby boomers by Gary M Stern… A lot of the X-geners blame us for not retiring. Maybe it’s not just that we want (or need) to keep the jobs longer. It’s possible that most companies are really afraid of that ‘brain drain” we’ve all heard tell about. I hope you found this weeks choice(s) helpful and enjoyable. What did you think? Do you have any suggestions for next week? You may also want to join the Baby Boomers US Forum for conversations by Baby Boomers about topics important to Baby Boomers! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
